This policy explains what personal data LowKeyMiles (Miguel Cabezón, full identification in the Legal Notice) processes, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

Data we collect directly

  • Comment form: name, email, rating and the comment text. The name, rating and comment are published on the site if we approve it; the email is never shown publicly, it's only used to contact you if needed.
  • Contact form: name, email and message, used exclusively to reply to your enquiry.

We don't ask for or store any other personal data (no user accounts, no payments, no newsletter at this time).

Legal basis and purpose

We process this data based on your consent, given when you voluntarily fill in and submit each form, solely to manage comments and reply to enquiries.

Where it's stored and who has access

Data is stored in LowKeyMiles' private hosting database, protected with credentials known only to the site owner. We do not sell, transfer or share your data with third parties, except for the providers strictly necessary to run the service (for example, the hosting provider or the email service used to send you a reply).

Retention

We keep this data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, or until you request its deletion.

Cookies and analytics

Besides the forms above, this site uses third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, GetYourGuide, GuruWalk, IATI) that only load if you consent via the cookie banner.
